Hi, I just bought a 1999 Kubota L35 with 2500 hrs on it. Everything is in good condition. I have a question about the transmision. It has a delay in shifting gears. Is this normal? The delay is about 2-3 seconds and the tractor actually slows almost to a stop depending on my speed or momentum. I hope someone can tell me if its normal or if its not what it might need to work properly.

The early GST 's did have a delay between the gears especially between 4th and 5th gear. The newer models have far less hesitation then the old ones as well as they are currently 12 speeds. ....

Turbotim, My 2000 L35 has a slight pause also. Recommend you use Kubota Super UDT fluid--appears to make a difference. Hope you enjoy your L35 TLB. ....
